I’ve been out of the country since October 2022 and won’t be returning until May 2023. I’m currently not using my ID account so there is no credit or plan selected but want to keep my number live for when I return.
What do I need to do to ensure I keep my number, please?

I think if you’ve got a pay-as-you-go iD SIM card you need to do something chargeable every 120-days as a minimum.
If you’ve a pay-monthly iD plan, just keep paying your monthly bill.
