I recently upgraded my package. Received new Sim and activated it but my phone says the card has been rejected.

Does the new SIM work in a different phone?
If not, then you’ll probably need to get a replacement SIM from iD.
You can get your replacement - for £5 - from Currys or Carphone Warehouse, or contact iD mobile using online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays - anyway, good luck.
