My SIM card has fell out.
my phone is not stolen.
im trying to request a replacement sim, unable to log into the app because I of course don’t have the number.
I’ve spoken to live chat and they are saying my address is incorrect. I have lived here since I got my sim, the address is correct. I’ve given contract details, reference numbers everything and they won’t respond with a new sim.
I’ve called and blocked the sim. But the phone I still have.
help I need a replacement asap
