sim replacement

My SIM card has fell out. 
my phone is not stolen.

 

im trying to request a replacement sim, unable to log into the app because I of course don’t have the number. 
I’ve spoken to live chat and they are saying my address is incorrect. I have lived here since I got my sim, the address is correct. I’ve given contract details, reference numbers everything and they won’t respond with a new sim. 
 

I’ve called and blocked the sim. But the phone I still have.
 

help I need a replacement asap

Thanks, do you know if I can still keep my number that way and the contract I’m on ? I’m getting absolutely no where with I’d mobile via live chat it’s a joke

You do keep your mobile number with a replacement iD SIM card, @Charlotte Blythe.

Any replacement SIM would have to be activated online before use though.
