You can get a replacement SIM card directly from iD - use the iD Mobile online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat to ask for your replacement SIM.
Type “talk to a person” when using chat, so you get an iD agent - not the 24/7 chat bot.
Otherwise, get a replacement immediately from any Currys or Carphone Warehouse store but, they’ll charge £5 for this option.

If you have a My iD Account online ( https://my.idmobile.co.uk ), you can activate your replacement iD SIM card from there.
