SMS not working

Why can I not send SMS texts? I can receive them but not send them / reply…?

That’s odd @Janine Bennett, I suggest you get in-touch with an iD agent, so they can look into your network account settings.

Use the Live Chat service, or try contacting iD using facebook or Twitter.

Thanks.  I would like to actually speak to a representative - since I have tried Live Chat (useless).  No one to call.  Driving me nuts!  Its probably such a simple fix but I can’t find a simple solution and am resorting to having to ask a community for help!

Okay @Janine Bennett, help & support with iD Mobile is 100% online - there’s no telephone support.

If you want telephone support you’ll need to switch to another service provider and pay more for that type of customer service.

Otherwise, best to get in-touch with iD using their Live Chat service, facebook page or Twitter page.

On live chat, type “talk to a person” after you get connected to chat.
