I am iD sim only, happy so put husband on same last week. He was previously on Vodafone.
All is good except I cannot send him a text- it won't deliver, he can send to me but I can't reply. I can phone him and send what's app messages. I can text all my other contacts.
What has happened and how can I fix it?
Both phones Samsung.

Okay
Turn OFF “Chat features” on both phones, and leave it turned OFF.
Then check if sending & receiving text messages works OK.
Anyway, good luck
Thankyou - that worked, I also had an update to do on my text message app and I did that too.
