Someone has set a fraudulent account in my name. How to I contact you to get this cleared up

Make sure you report this using the Action Fraud web site as you’ll need their case reference number.
You could try one of iD Mobile’s social media channels:
I believe iD agents are available on both platforms 9am - 5pm most days.
Otherwise, you can wait for iD to respond here.
