“Sorry your service does not allow access to this number”

Hi there 

Twice today on outbound calls I have had the automated message “sorry your service does not allow access to this number”. 
 

The outbound call was to a 3 number. First time it was immediate and cut off. I redialled and was on the call for approx 7 mins then the message played and cut the call off. 
 

I see this has been raised before and resolved but possibly a repeat issue?

Is it a number that’s included in your allowances?

Are your bills etc up to date and no outstanding amount on your account?

Are you able to use data, receive calls and send texts?

Hi Kash,

Yes it’s my husbands number I’ve been calling for the last 14 months since joining with no issues. 
 

No account or payment issues and no other issues except this one.
