Hi, I have recently changed my contract from Giffgaff to ID mobile and I am having issues with my pac code not working on the app (wanting to keep my old number) - I have typed my pac code in and it’s coming up with an error please can you help me to resolve this issue

There has recently been an issue with the port form showing with an error but still processing but has since been fixed, has your number ported over yet?

There isn’t a telephone support helpline at iD Mobile - their help & support is 100% online.
Try entering your SURNAME completely in CAPITAL letters
Otherwise, you should be able to get assistance by contacting iD Mobile privately through Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), and submit your PAC via the social media team.
Their customer support agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - good luck.
