STAC code issues

Been trying to use my STAC code for hours to no success.

Page keeps displaying ‘We've tried to process your STAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’

All my info is correct and is becoming rather stressful.

Please please please can someone help me out!

Okay @Ingrid Emmanuel Holdsworth, if you’re trying to give your old provider’s STAC to iD Mobile, you can also do this by getting in-touch using one of the options below:

  1. Send iD a private message on facebook (using Messenger).
  2. Send a DM (direct message) to iD on Twitter.
  3. Use the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - iD agents work 9am - 8pm on weekdays (8am - 6pm at weekends).

Any out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.

Hey @Ingrid Emmanuel Holdsworth,

This could be due to our form, try entering the surname in all caps.

If you have a double-barreled surname this could be also a factor as the form is being updated and doesn’t for some reason yet support double-barrelled surnames.
