still billed under old plan

Down graded my plan to sim only 24th November. Paid old plan amount on the 8th December. Received an email today notifying me that I will be billed again in January for old plan amount. The last pdf bill says I am in credit?

Welcome to the Community!

When you change your plan you may be charged some of your old plan amount as your bill will be pro rated.

Have you received a new bill showing the amount? If not I would advise waiting for the new bill to be generated.

Thanks for taking the time to reply Kash. I will see if another old payment comes off in January before getting in touch again, which I feel will be more than likely.

Hey @Martin Cruickshank 

This is likely due to pro-rata billing and the dates you upgraded on.

If you upgraded after your bill had already been produced for the month, your last bill would have been for the old plan still.

Your next bill should therefore have a recalculation for any pro-rata line rental leaving a credit if you switched to a cheaper plan.
