still getting charged after cancelling plan

Cancelled my SIM only pay monthly 1 month plan through the iD mobile app on 22/09/23, payed my final bill and it says I've got £0.00 outstanding balance yet I'm still getting charged by direct debit every month

Can a refund be arranged and my plan actually cancelled, thank you

Was it just the one account that you had?

How did you cancel your contract and was the final bill amount the normal monthly amount?

Please let us know and we can PM you if required.

Yeah just the one, cancelled through the my account section on the  iD app and the final bill was the normal amount.
