Submitted PAC, old number disconnected but not transferred

Hi, I filled out the online form and submitted my PAC code, and selected today as the transfer date. My old sim has been disconnected but no sign of it transferring to my iD account. It's been 3 hours since I was disconnected. How long does this usually take?

 

Yes I definitely submitted a PAC code, the form makes you select which type

iD say it can take up to 10pm to complete the number transfer @SuperMaioBro.

Have you received any email or text messages from iD, about your number transfer? 

I’d recommend turning OFF the handset with the iD SIM card, and check back every 45-minutes - and leave the handset OFF between checks.

Thanks, yes I got the sms from ID saying request to transfer number has been received after I submitted the form. 

I'll hang on until 10 then and turn the phone off.
