My subscription has been increased to £28.50 for the past three months. However, my subscription plan was for £9.00 per month. This, would you please refund me the differences and keep my subscription plan at £6.00 or less. Nevertheless, I was offered a discounted rate at o2 for £6.00 per month with 5GB.
