I’d advise you to remove the screenshot @Saurav Sanan, quickly. 

This is a public forum, and anyone with Internet access can read your post.
Bad actors and scammers look for personal information in this forum, e.g. phone numbers and names.

If you gave your PAC to iD Mobile at the point-of-purchase, then you can’t use it again. A PAC can only be used once @Saurav Sanan.

I’ve removed the post as it contained personal details.

From what I can see, your details did look like the correct format and the correct transaction number format was there (beginning with 4).

Most likely you submitted a request already when you first joined. In this case, you can’t re-use the same PAC code as we already have a request for this then.

What date were you given at that time for the PAC?
