Switch to ID - PAC error issue

When trying to set up a PAC code switch I keep getting the following error message:

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

I have searched forum and tried a few suggested fixes such as capitals for the surname but still same issue.

Please can you advise how to fix?

Have you already given us your PAC code at checkout?

 

If so you won’t need to submit it again, if you haven’t please let us know so we can get in touch.

Okay @fnewbie2099, if I was in your position, I’d try contacting iD customer service privately by using Facebook Messenger, or sending a Twitter DM. 

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.
