Already 3rd month running, still can't switch over my old number. Pointless help, pointless accessibility to customer's service, if one like this existing, pointless app on phone. Saying error or something familiar, no one can call me to I can explain properly what is going on. On automated chat can't describe or find what is wrong. Seams not used service or new number, thinking to claim refund with my bank.... 😡 Would be nice to find or get direct email to customer service at least..
