Switching date: No porting date selected

Good afternoon!

When I registered for ID Mobile I asked for a switch and selected a date, but in my welcome email it says "Switching date: No porting date selected". I've tried to make the switch on the website but it says there's an error. How can I check that the porting will actually take place? Thank you. OC

You’ll probably need to use the online iD Live Chat service to get assistance with this @Olivier Catel.
