Switching Error

Hi,

I’m trying to switch my wife's mobile number to her new ID Mobile account. We have teh PAC code and all the correct details. We haven’t submitted it successfully yet, but it keeps on throwing up an error.

The Chat bot is useless and keeps on circling me round in a loop and really need someone from ID mobile to step in and sort the issue.

The iD Live Chat is the best option if the online PAC submission form isn’t working @Gwyn Slee.

Type “talk to a person” to avoid the annoying 24/7 chat-bot and speak to an agent. 
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear this, please ensure the transaction number being used begins with a “4”.

 

Please also confirm you are moving the number from another network into iD Mobile, not iD Mobile to another iD Mobile plan.
