Switching Numbers Error

I have tried switching my number from Vodafone and have come up with an error message saying "something went wrong". I haven't used my PAC code before. It's still within it's expiry date. My transaction code (which begins with a 4) seems to be right. All the details are correct to be honest. Can anyone help me work out how to switch to my previous number? Can I request a new PAC code?

Hey @Guy Carter, you can use the online iD Live Chat service to submit your PAC, by speaking to a customer service advisor. 

Talk with an advisor at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser). 

The advisors work until 8pm on weekdays (type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot).
