Hi, when I was ordering my contract I filed in my details, i wanted to keep my old number so I put my PAC and I picked the date for number to be transferred, which is 15th of November. I have received my new phone today with the new sim, so do I need to put my old sim in or the new one?

The new iD SIM is ready to use but is not linked to the number you want keep
Your new iD SIM card won’t be linked to the number you want to keep until the number transfer to iD has been completed, on 15-Nov-2023.
