Can anyone please tell me to contact customer services ? I like to pay bill, which doesn't work. Like to phone someone where there is no cap rubbish ? How to leave 1D and how much it'll cost? Etc

You can’t talk to customer services - iD Mobile are 100% online for help and support.
Fire-up Live Chat to contact iD, so a customer service agent can look at your iD account while you’re in the chat, and hopefully explain what’s going on.
To get an iD agent, type “talk to a person” after you get connected on the online chat.
To find out how much it will cost to leave, try sending the text message “INFO” to 85075.
