Text message to a specific number gets 'Failed' message

I can text to other mobiles fine, but for one number I get a failed message (Couldn’t send message) that fails on retry. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? The phone number is fine and belongs to O2

Hi @steveTu2 

We are sorry to hear you are unable to send messages to only one number which belongs to O2. We can confirm there was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused SMS not to send. The issue has now been resolved now. Are you still having this issue?

Fine this morning. Do you have a web page anywhere that then says which services aren’t working? It would save a bit of hassle.

We do try and update our customers if there are any ongoing issues with service.
