Text messages constantly ssy undelivered.

New sim and constantly get “undelivered” message reply? Yet I think they are delivered. Not a good start and not got a clue what I am supposed to do about as it as cannot find any support e iD ? Fed up with it already!

All iD Mobile help & support is online @pitsparky.

Get in-touch using their online live chat service, or contact iD privately by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Are you still having this issues?

 

Have you attempted the SIM in another device to see if it continues?

 

I’d recommend double checking the iMessage settings (Chat Features on Android) to make sure the number in there is correct.
