I have 2 id mobile sims that I and my son use. Recently checked my direct debits and see that there are 3 debits going out rather than 2.
Please would you let me know how I can check which 2 correspond to the active sims, and then cancel the third.
I'd also like to see about getting a refund for the third DD, as I'm not sure how it has ended up being activated.
