Hi all, Ive upgraded my phone recently. my new phone is due around the 22nd OCT, however the trade in box has arrived with a 21 day limit. This does not give enough time to meet the 21 day deadline. Do I have to go without a phone for over a week ( my only means of contact) or just wait for new phone and post old phone?

Hi @Paulh1970 

 

With a pre-order of a device you can await your new device to arrive before trading in your old device.

 

Should any issues occur, you can also always begin a new trade in separate to the existing one.
