Do you mean transaction code or PAC code?
The transaction code will be on the invoice you got with the item or items purchased from iD Mobile.

You can also port without a transaction code.
Go to:
https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount
Register for an iD My Account, if you haven’t already done so.
After registration, sign-in and click “My Services” followed by “Keep your number”
You can submit your PAC and number to keep - you won’t need the transaction code.
