Hi 

 

I did not get the welcome email so dont have the transaction number to port my old number to ID

It’s the weekend (Sunday). Your order won’t be processed until tomorrow. It should arrive by the end of the working day tomorrow. 🤞🏻

Hi i just received the email with the transaction number however I got this issue 

 

Any clues what this could be

You should never post your personal information on a public forum. I highly recommend that you remove that image immediately before someone hijacks your mobile number.
