I haven’t got my welcome e mail with my transaction number

Hey @Angela Hyland,

Did you submit a request to keep the number when making the purchase? If so, you don’t need to submit a new one, just go off the date you selected as the port will complete for then.

If not, check your spam/junk folders for this email.
