TRANSFER MY NUMBER

I keep getting an error message when I input my pac and other details.  I have my new id mobile sim but now I'm stuck?  Any advice please?

Perhaps best to contact iD customer service, using the online Live Chat tomorrow, @Deanne Hood

If you speak to an adviser, they should be able to process your PAC.

Start at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - advisers finish work at 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).
