Transfer of number from EE error

I have transferred from EE to ID Mobile and selected to keep my number. The transfer has completed but people are unable to get through when they call me, including someone on EE network. It looks like the port has not been completed properly. Please can someone help fix ASAP, as one of my dependents can not get through to me?!

Hi @Mrpnmiller,

It can take until 10pm on the port date for the port to complete so I would advise allow until then.

If you are still having issues, let us know here and we can check it out.

Hi Kash, it is beyond the 10pm on the day in-question, so unfortunately that is not a valid reason.
