Transferring my nimber to iD

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help please.

I joined iD on Saturday morning and gave my PAC number during the online application.

The switch date was set for this Wednesday 6th September.

 

As I have my phone now, is there nothing I can do to bring this date forward i.e. apply through the app to transfer my number over with the PAC, or is it just a case of waiting until the date which was set on the online application.

Aaargh just saw the typo in the heading and I can’t change it 😂

Hi @Gav Peterson 

 

It would be possible to move the port closer, however given we can’t make a port change on the day of, only the day after and today is the 5th, it’d be best now just to await the 6th.
