Just to confirm, are you transferring your phone number from another network to ourselves? If so, you will need to fill out the port form below. Please ensure the transaction code begins with a 4, and that your surname is typed in all capital letters.

If you’re trying to switch your phone number from one contract to another, and both of these contracts are on ID Mobile, then you’d be unable to do so I’m afraid, as we can’t transfer numbers from contract to contract internally.

Additionally, if you are trying to activate your new SIM or replacement SIM card to your account so that your current mobile number is active on this SIM, then please let us know and we can assist you further with doing so.
