Tried to pay my bill with two different debit cards. Both rejected.

Hi. My bill is overdue. I have tried to pay it through the app using two different debit cards from two different bank accounts (both have enough funds to meet the payment amount). Both cards were rejected. I want to pay my bill - what can I do now. 

 

Please note: I work on a cruise ship and we're currently in Asia, heading to Egypt. I cannot make a phone call to the customer services number. I repeat - I CANNOT MAKE A PHONE CALL to the customer services number.

Just to confirm: please don't ask me to contact customer services or any payment phone number. I cannot use my phone to make any phone calls, as I do not have a sim card that works in Asia.

 

I am happy to make a bank transfer, but I have no details of how to do that. 

OK, I managed to pay using a Virtual card (from Monzo) rather than my actual physical card. Go figure!
