I have been trying to get a PAC code and have not been getting a response to by text. When I tried to get one through my account it said ‘something went wrong’. I only got an automated response from Live Chat. How do I get a PAC code!? ID are legally required to provide it

Unfortunately, sometimes iD systems aren’t as reliable as they should be.
Have you tried asking for your PAC by online Live Chat, or by sending iD a private message using Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DM
The customer service team work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
