Trouble getting PAC code

I have been trying to get a PAC code and have not been getting a response to by text. When I tried to get one through my account it said ‘something went wrong’. I only got an automated response from Live Chat. How do I get a PAC code!? ID are legally required to provide it

Indeed they are @Jane David. 
Unfortunately, sometimes iD systems aren’t as reliable as they should be.

Have you tried asking for your PAC by online Live Chat, or by sending iD a private message using Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DM @Jane David?

The customer service team work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
