I have been trying to cancel the payments to an account which ID Mobile have informed they closed over six months ago. I have spoken to a livechat assistant, and due to the fact my email address is no longer recognised (because ID Mobile closed the account), they informed me to send some information for verification to documents@idmobile.com however this email address does not appear to work. What can I do about this?
