Have tried to unlock my phone with no joy, now looking to log into my account but can receive code as I can't use the SIM Card. Can anyone help?

Normally a network locked mobile phone must be unlocked by the mobile network that originally sold the phone.
Have you contacted the mobile network the handset is locked to?

Have you used the SIM in a phone that isn’t locked? I’d recommend having the phone unlocked by the network who have locked it!
