My account says I’m eligible for upgrade from 9 May and I was wondering what this entails?

Hi @jelkin 

 

It means you’ll be able to upgrade to a fancy new device, we’d recommend keeping an eye on your iD Mobile app/website for upcoming offers available via the upgrade.

 

You don’t have to make an upgrade if you don’t want to, its completely up to you, upgrades to SIM only can be done when the minimum term for the contract has ended.
