I recently started a new contract with iD mobile. I held a previous account, but did not upgrade - this was a completely new contract. I ran into the issue of not being able to register with the same email address. Ever since, I have been unable to access my account. When I attempt to register, I am met with the error shown below after entering my number, surname and year of birth.
I can’t even get as far as entering a security code or setting up login details. I’ve previous contacted iD customer services directly, but they didn’t fix the issue and I haven’t heard anything since.

As a result, I am effectively unable to manage my account, view bills etc.
