I was referred by a friend and received the email before everything was set up telling me I’d need to click on a link and enter my account number.
Now I’ve got an account number, I’ve clicked the link and it’s broken - showing the following error message:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 10498534594376256665
I can’t find a live chat or support email anywhere - hoping someone from ID can send a new link?
