Unable to enter account number to record referral - link broken

I was referred by a friend and received the email before everything was set up telling me I’d need to click on a link and enter my account number.

Now I’ve got an account number, I’ve clicked the link and it’s broken - showing the following error message:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 10498534594376256665

I can’t find a live chat or support email anywhere - hoping someone from ID can send a new link?

Welcome to the Community!

I have come across this issue in the past and it should work if you copy the link in a Google Chrome incognito tab.

If you still have issues, please let us know.

Open a private window in Safari on your iPhone, then enter the referral link from your email.

Have you tried the above from @andewhite?

 

You’ll be able to download other browsers such as Google Chrome via the App Store.
