Unable to get password as the sim card is not enabled

I bought a contract in order to buy a phone on monthly terms.  The sim card was never used (and I assume not activated unless the shop did it) and as a result I am unable to cancel the contract as I cannot receive messages of the password used at the time to register the account.  

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

To end your plan, it’s best to use the iD live chat service, or try sending iD a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.

Contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.
