I am having a great deal of difficulty signing into my ID mobile account through my browser and the App on my phone.
I have tried on a computer and having the same problem.
I have done password reset and this hasn’t worked.
I enter my username and password - the page hangs for ages and then goes back to the log in screen.
This is nothing to do with using the wrong password. If you attempt log in with incorrect credentials you get that error message
I am logging in with correct username and password - hangs for a while and back to log in screen.
