Unable to make a Upgrade

I have received an email stating that I can upgrade due to my contract coming to an end, however the both of the Upgrade buttons on the Website fails to work, plus Live Chat never loads.

Tested on multiple browsers and same issue.

Okay @Alan Simpson, problems with Live Chat can sometimes be fixed by the following: 

  • Allowing popup windows in your web browser
  • Using an incognito / private window in your web browser
  • Using a different web browser

Otherwise, try speaking to the iD sales team about your upgrade options.
