Unable to receive calls/texts after porting from Vodafone to iD

  • I can make calls and send texts but not receive calls or texts from networks other than iD 
  • When other networks try to call me, they just hear 3 beeps then it is disconnected
  • I have a Google pixel 6a
  • Chat features is connected and showing the correct number 
  • iD have confirmed that the port was successful
  • I have tried a new sim sent by iD and it is activated
  • I have tried resetting my network
  • I have tried restarting the phone
  • I have good coverage in my area (hence I can make calls fine, but not receive them)

But no luck! Please help, I have read many other posts with exactly the same issue but none have resolved it.

Hi @jen500_123 

 

Is this a recent issue or has this happened the whole time while you’ve been on iD Mobile?

 

You shouldn’t be having issues contacting people from certain networks specifically, have you double checked the Three Outage Checker here to see if there are any outages causing disruption?

Hi Tom,

I can make calls just not receive them, so the coverage is fine. It has been like this since switching over to iD mobile 2 weeks ago.

Hi @jen500_123 

 

Have you tried the SIM in a different device to test whether the same happens with the iD SIM card in a different device?

 

Or possibly a different SIM in your device to test?
