Unable to register

I am unable to register on the iD mobile app, with an error message coming up “Your ID Mobile number was not recognised. Please enter your active iD Mobile phone number.” My old number has been ported across from my old network to my new iD Mobile SIM and is operational, but the app is not recognising my number.

Okay @cagsy, it’s possible the iD online systems haven’t caught up with the fact your number transfer was completed recently.

What date was the transfer completed?

You could ask iD support directly using online iD live chat, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Thanks, I joined yesterday and still can't register today. How do I access the live chat if I'm not registered and what's their user name in Messenger please?

It can take 24-48 hours for iD Mobile systems to properly synchronise, and recognise that your iD account is now using the number you wanted to keep.
