unable to register as my email already in use

I am unable to register as it's saying my emails already is in use? I had an id mobile SIM years ago. if my email is attached to the old id mobile account I had years ago, how do I update it so it relates to my new id SIM? Thanks.

Hi @Ame,

Welcome to the Community!

If your email address has been used to register an account in the past it can’t be used again. 

You’ll need to register a new account with a different email address.

 I don't have an alternative email and don't want to have to create one just for ID mobile. What a shame it couldn't be resolved without a new email.
