I am unable to register as it's saying my emails already is in use? I had an id mobile SIM years ago. if my email is attached to the old id mobile account I had years ago, how do I update it so it relates to my new id SIM? Thanks.

If your email address has been used to register an account in the past it can’t be used again.Â
You’ll need to register a new account with a different email address.

 I don't have an alternative email and don't want to have to create one just for ID mobile. What a shame it couldn't be resolved without a new email.
